Nicole Rinier is a lifelong resident of Warminster Township.

She went K-12 through Centennial School District and is a proud graduate of William Tennent High School.

She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree at Temple University, Tyler School of Art, and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Public Policy (MPP) degrees at Brandeis University. Nicole started her career in social services working and volunteering for local nonprofit organizations and has a strong commitment to public service.

Nicole previously served as Chief of Staff to State Rep. Brian Munroe and as a member of the Warminster Planning Commission. She brings much education and experience to her role of Warminster Tax Collector. She earned Pennsylvania’s Qualified Tax Collector Certification issued by the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) and is a Certified Pennsylvania Tax Collector (CPTC).
